I’ve spent over 20 years as an Art Director and Creative Director, blending creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking to drive business impact. Along the way, I have helped create campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands—Heineken, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Renault, Chevrolet, L’Oréal, P&G, Carrefour, Mastercard, and Sanofi.

Creative Leadership & Global Impact

As a Creative Director at Publicis Conseil (Paris), I lead campaigns across French, European, and global markets, developing work that resonates across cultures. Managing cross-functional teams both in-person and remotely, I collaborate with colleagues, partners, and clients to ensure brand relevance and creative excellence—from Europe to Latin America, from the Philippines to South Africa, from Dubai to Shenzhen.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at WMcCann (São Paulo), I helped shape the agency’s creative vision and business strategy. By fostering a culture of innovation, talent development, and data-driven decision-making across disciplines, I played a key role in positioning WMcCann as Brazil’s largest agency (CENP-Meios Ranking, 2021).

Creativity, AI & the Future of Ideas

I develop full-funnel campaigns, always looking for new ways to scale, measure impact, and push creative boundaries. Generative AI has become a key part of my process—from ideation to concept development and execution—unlocking new possibilities in creative thinking. The constant evolution of this space keeps me hands-on — learning, experimenting, and redefining what’s next.
